What is a Nutritional Consultant, and Why Do I Need One?

As a Holistic Nutritional Consultant, my goal is to assist you in improving your health. I do this through one-on-one coaching, goal setting, nutritional/dietary recommendations, supplement recommendations (if required), lifestyle coaching, proper portion control, personalized meal plans and shopping lists, workshops, and public speaking. 

All my recommendations are symptom-based. During an initial consultation, we discuss your main health goals and the symptoms that you are currently experiencing. Through food, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations I teach you how to best resolve imbalances in your body, that may be presenting as annoying symptoms. This coaching is to help you reach your health and wellness goals healthily and sustainably. I strive to teach my clients long-term skills that result in lasting health.

In your first consultation, you can expect to have an in-depth discussion of your medical, social and family history, previous diets and their outcomes, and define your goals and expectations. We will work together to develop strategies to accomplish those goals. In subsequent visits, you will review and discuss accomplishments as well as challenges since your last visit and redesign some of the original strategies developed for you. Your sessions are dynamic, because You are dynamic and always changing, and I will be assisting you throughout the way to help you achieve your goals for better health.
