At Sacred Souls Holistic Health, I believe that true health can only be achieved when all aspects of the body are in alignment. The physical, mental, emotional, and Spiritual aspects of the self. Just like you wouldn't say "I have a great house.....except for the plumbing and electrical...." you can't say "I am in great health.....except for my cholesterol, and my anger....." I believe the body has the innate ability to heal itself, if given the right supports. I specialize in gut health, as I believe the underlying cause of most illnesses and chronic health conditions is an imbalanced gut microbiome and an unhealthy and permeable gut lining.

By addressing the physical causes of illness we can move into addressing the Spiritual and emotional aspects of illness. Reiki allows us to move blockages in our energy fields, allowing the body's healing energy or Chi to flow freely. As blockages are removed, addressing and resolving underlying emotional issues becomes easier.
